WMS IT Administrator
Job Description
A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
Qualifications:
-Open to Asian nationals, aged 38 years old and below
-Hands-on expertise with Infor WMS (Cloud or On-Prem), with a strong grasp of warehouse operations and supply chain workflows
-Experience working with warehouse technologies, including RF scanners, barcode systems, and printers
-Background in 3PL, retail, or e-commerce environments, with exposure to automation systems such as conveyors and robotics
Responsibilities Duties:
-Manages the software and technical infrastructure responsible for warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, order fulfilment, and barcode scanning.
-Manage day-to-day operations of the WMS application
-Maintain integrations between WMS, ERP, and other systems
-Provide Level 2/3 support for WMS-related issues. Troubleshoot system errors, integration failures, and user issues
