A competent project management professional accountable to enhance installation efficiency, subcontractor capability, and project execution through strategic planning, training, and process improvement, while driving operational excellence across key performance parameters.
• 12+ Years of experience in Installation & Planning.
• Experience in handling a team.
• Should have done strategic planning, Process & Operational Excellence, while driving operational excellence across key performance parameters.
Responsibilities Duties:
What will you be doing?
Installation & Planning
• Scaffoldless installation planning and improving the scaffoldless ratio
• Tiraks and tools inventory management
• Project planning and precal cost planning for new tenders
Team Development
• Development of existing and new subcontractor teams
• Building new subcontractor teams for local material handling
• KEI competency development training for PM/PE in coordination with the LnD team
Training & Productivity
• Quarterly and yearly training plans for KONE installers and subcontractors
• KEI project progress reviews
• OpEx parameter management (FYCOR, QFB, SFL installation, FTRI, ITE)
Process & Operational Excellence
• New process development , in coordination with HO OpEx team
