Home Care Nurse
Job Description
* Any nationality (including African candidates)
* Valid nursing qualification (DOH/DHA/MOH or eligibility preferred)
* Homecare experience is an added advantage
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Previous home health, hospice, or clinical nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient visits
Responsibilities Duties:
Provide in-home nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and disease management
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Respond to patient needs and changes in condition promptly
