Job Description
I’m currently looking for an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager with strong claims and disputes experience to join a leading project team in the UAE.
• 10+ years’ experience in contracts/commercial roles
• Background in infrastructure required
• Strong background in claims management (EOT, claims)
• Experience with FIDIC contracts
• Solid understanding of contract risk and dispute resolution
Responsibilities Duties:
• Manage commercial contracts across the full lifecycle
• Handle claims, variations, and EO
• Lead or support dispute resolution processes
• Work closely with project, legal, and commercial teams
