AI Support Operations Lead
Job Description
A global HR tech and payroll solutions provider driving digital transformation and seamless workforce management worldwide.
• Open to APAC-based candidates, 45 years old and below
• Minimum 3 years in AI/ML engineering, support automation, or data engineering
• Proven experience building AI-powered support tools such as chatbots, NLP categorization, and auto-resolution systems
• Strong knowledge of AI-driven automation, workflow optimization, and support operations systems
Responsibilities Duties:
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven support systems for ticket triage, routing, and automated resolution
• Build, manage, and continuously optimize knowledge bases and training datasets to improve AI accuracy and performance
• Develop real-time analytics dashboards and automate support workflows, including SLA monitoring and reporting
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to translate root cause analyses into scalable AI automation solutions
