Reservations Assistant
Job Description
A Dubai-based travel company with more than 20 years of experience delivering exceptional holiday experiences worldwide.
• Open to Female, Tagalog speakers, 32 years old and below
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a reservation agent or in travel and tourism customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and suppliers.
• Proficient in travel booking systems and MS Office
Responsibilities Duties:
• Handle reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and holiday packages accurately and efficiently using travel booking platforms/software
• Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat; resolve inquiries, issues, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all bookings comply with airline, hotel, and regulatory requirements; prepare itineraries, tickets, and travel documents accurately.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and suppliers to confirm bookings, update availability, and provide management with booking trends and client feedback.
