Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth within government and Oil & Gas accounts by developing strategic client relationships and delivering complex SI and managed services solutions. This role requires a highly proactive individual contributor capable of managing the full sales cycle in a competitive and relationship-driven market.
* Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT sales, with a strong focus on system integration and/or managed services
* Proven track record of selling into: Government / public sector / Oil & Gas (e.g., NOCs, energy companies)
* Strong understanding of: IT infrastructure, Cloud and digital solutions, Managed services models
* Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in the GCC market (Qatar exposure is a plus)
* Arabic language is a must

Responsibilities Duties:


* Develop and execute sales strategies targeting government entities and O&G organizations
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned sectors
* Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting ? solutioning ? negotiation ? closing)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
* Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored SI and managed services solutions
* Drive growth within existing accounts while expanding into new logos
* Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and meet revenue targets
* Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
