Customer Service Representative
Job Description
A UAE government entity based in Dubai, driving education, research, and innovation initiatives across the region.
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic speakers
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer service
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle clients professionally
Responsibilities Duties:
• Receive visitors and clients and welcome them in a professional manner that reflects a positive image of the organization
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or provide accurate and courteous initial information
• Provide support services to customers, respond to inquiries, and handle complaints in accordance with approved policies
• Record customer requests and feedback and follow up with relevant departments to ensure prompt response and high-quality service
