We are seeking a warm and welcoming Hostess to join our vibrant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service to create an inviting atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage guest seating efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar hostess or front-of-house role preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to stay calm and friendly under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of the local area and hospitality industry is an advantage.

- Provide information about daily specials and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle waiting lists and provide estimated timings.
