Technical Engineer
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in infrastructure works within oil & gas environments, particularly in earthworks, utilities, and foundation-related activities.
Requirements:
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Provide technical support to site teams for infrastructure and civil works
• Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
• Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, and technical submittals
• Ensure all works are executed in compliance with ADNOC standards and project requirements
• Support project planning, sequencing, and execution strategies
• Assist in resolving technical issues and site challenges in a timely manner
• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Monitor progress of infrastructure works including earthworks, roads, utilities, and foundations
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input to stakeholders

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Engineer to join a leading EPC infrastructure contractor delivering oil & gas plant expansion projects in Abu Dhabi. The role will involve providing technical support across all phases of infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and engineering best practices.
