Sales Coordinator
Job Description
A reputable trading company in Abu Dhabi known for supplying high-grade steel pipes, flanges, and engineered piping components to top industrial clients.
Qualifications:
1. 40 years old and below, preferably Tagalog speakers
2. At least 1 year of coordination experience in corporate setup
3. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Management, or related fields
4. Fast learner with excellent English communication skills both written and spoken
Responsibilities Duties:
1. Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices in coordination with the sales team.
2. Follow up with clients on inquiries, deliveries, and payment status.
3. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and procurement to ensure timely order fulfilment.
4. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM documentation.
