Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with valid DHA/DOH-HAAD/MOH Licensed/Eligible to join our healthcare team in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with medical staff, and ensure adherence to healthcare protocols in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the UAE or eligibility to obtain one such as DHA/DOH-HAAD/MOH.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented approach to healthcare.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as required by the healthcare facility.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and empathy.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.
