HR Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources & Operations Executive to join our client, a fast-growing international investment group based in Dubai, supporting operations across multiple UAE free zones and international jurisdictions.
• Must currently be based in the UAE.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in HR and operations within professional services, legal, consulting, or financial services environments.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE employment law and free zone processes, particularly DMCC, JAFZA, and DIFC.
• Proven experience independently managing visas, employment contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and HR administration.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and discretion.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR administration systems.
Responsibilities Duties:
This role is suited to a high-calibre professional from a professional services environment (such as a law firm, consulting firm, or financial services company) who is accustomed to working at pace, handling sensitive information, and supporting senior stakeholders with precision and discretion.
The successful candidate will be hands-on and experienced in independently managing HR administration, UAE employment processes, compliance, and operational coordination across free zones including DMCC, JAFZA, DIFC, and others where the group operates. This is a standalone role with no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources & Administration
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, HR records, and employee documentation.
• Handle UAE visa processes including applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates IDs, labour cards, and related government requirements.
• Maintain accurate HR files, trackers, and confidential employee records.
• Coordinate employee insurance administration including enrolments, renewals, and claims support.
• Prepare HR correspondence including salary certificates, NOCs, employment letters, and contractual documentation.
• Support recruitment coordination including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding.
• Monitor annual leave, employee benefits, and HR administrative processes.
Employment Law & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and free zone regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft and manage employment contracts and HR policies.
• Liaise with PROs, legal advisors, government authorities, and free zone authorities on employment and immigration matters.
• Maintain compliance trackers and support regulatory, governance, and KYC-related administration.
Operations & Executive Support
• Provide operational and administrative support to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders regarding documentation, compliance, and operational matters.
• Support office operations, vendor coordination, and business administration projects.
• Assist with maintaining corporate records and operational documentation across entities.
IT, Cybersecurity & Marketing Coordination
• Coordinate with IT providers and support basic cybersecurity and data protection processes.
• Assist with website, LinkedIn, and marketing coordination where required.
• Support events, sponsorships, conferences, and external branding activities.
