We are seeking an experienced and ambitious HR professional to join our niche investment client, to design and deliver their people strategy; supporting international organisational growth and long-term corporate goals. The role is a strategic business partner to the Executive Team, working to balance employee engagement with investor expectations and long-term business growth across the business portfolio.
We are seeking a candidate with excellent HR progressive leadership skills and strong values, someone who is culturally aware and used to working across multi-country projects, ideally in emerging markets. A strong communicator (English must be to native standard) you will be degree educated or CIPD Level 7 qualified with experience in high-growth, dynamic environments, ideally in infrastructure / investment sectors. A strong track record in compensation strategy including share schemes, plus experience in engaging at Board level and with external investors on people strategy.

Responsibilities Duties:
Leading a small HR team, you will be focused on the developmental journey, anticipating the challenges and opportunities of working in a high-growth and fast paced, investment environment. A workforce strategy that directly supports business is required, people optimization and employee engagement initiatives will be important, and key focus will be on integrating people into the business, either by company acquisition or standard recruitment and supporting overseas project teams in emerging markets. It is imperative that the Head of HR has a resourceful mindset and thinks outside the box, you should be ambitious for growth and understand the importance of HR as a commercial function, supporting competitive compensation and incentive structures that align employees with company success.
Working to support a tight knit and highly motivated team, you will oversee strict operational culture and governance and ensure ethical business standards and HR best practice is maintained across multiple jurisdictions.
The role requires a person with exceptional communication and people centric skills, employee engagement capabilities and a strong understanding of the benefits a HR function can add to the business. You will present and update new strategies to the senior team, and the overall aim is to implement, execute, and manage internal development programmes for all employees.
