Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Quality Control Inspector to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all railway, tunnel, station, and infrastructure construction projects meet strict quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector in railway, construction, tunnel, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, construction standards, and relevant regulatory requirements in the UAE.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify defects and non-conformances.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and manage corrective actions.
- Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance/Quality Control or Construction Inspection are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Conduct detailed inspections of construction materials, workmanship, and equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Monitor and document all aspects of quality control processes on-site, identifying any deviations and implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports and maintain accurate records for audits and client reviews.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and support continuous improvement initiatives in quality management systems.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand quality requirements and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
