Job Description
This role sits within a high-growth investment platform focused on acquiring and scaling businesses globally. The successful candidate will play a key role across deal execution, financial analysis, and portfolio management within a lean, entrepreneurial team.
* 3-7 years' experience in Private Equity or Corporate M&A
* Strong financial modelling and valuation skills (advanced Excel)
* Excellent presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint)
* Demonstrated ability to work in a hands-on, high-performance environment
* Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial setup with high ownership
* Sector experience in energy is beneficial but not required
* Must be willing to be based full time in Abu Dhabi (requires relocation to Abu Dhabi for Dubai based candidates)
Responsibilities Duties:
* Support end-to-end M&A transaction execution, including financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence
* Develop and maintain complex financial models (returns analysis, sensitivities, scenario planning)
* Prepare investment committee materials and high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders
* Conduct market research and target screening across global energy services and technology sectors
* Assist with portfolio monitoring, including tracking financial and operational performance of portfolio companies
* Support post-acquisition integration and value creation initiatives where required
* Work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, lean team environment
