Corporate Lawyer
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our leading law firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel on corporate matters, ensuring compliance with local and international laws, and supporting our clients in achieving their business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master’s degree or further legal qualifications are a plus.
- Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within a leading law firm or corporate legal department.
- In-depth understanding of Saudi Arabian corporate regulations and international legal frameworks.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
- High ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian law as well as international legal standards applicable to corporate activity.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments to support clients' strategic decisions.
- Represent clients in negotiations, regulatory matters, and dispute resolutions.
- Collaborate with different departments and teams to provide comprehensive legal support.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and advise clients accordingly.
