Transformation Lead
Job Description
This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for leading enterprise transformation from AS-IS assessment through TO-BE design and measurable execution. It is not a purely advisory or documentation-only position.
You will work closely with executive leadership, business heads, IT, GRC, and vendors to ensure every approved change is governed, tracked in Jira, and visible through verified KPIs and dashboards.
* 6-8+ years' experience in enterprise transformation, business analysis, or ERP-led programmes
* Proven delivery of AS-IS / TO-BE processes, operating models, RACI, and SLAs
* Hands-on experience with ERP or property management systems (Yardi strongly preferred)
* Strong execution discipline using Jira (mandatory) and structured governance follow-up
* Fluent English is required; Arabic language capability is strongly preferred
Responsibilities Duties:
* Lead enterprise transformation programmes with clear roadmaps, ownership, and governance
* Translate strategy, workshops, and executive decisions into executable Jira initiatives
* Own business analysis deliverables including BRDs, FRDs, RTMs, gap and impact analysis
* Design AS-IS / TO-BE processes and target operating models across core business functions
* Define and enable a management Control Tower covering KPIs, SLAs, aging, bottlenecks, and risk
