Technical Support Engineer
Job Description
• Strong knowledge of Telecom BSS systems.
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle / MS SQL / MySQL).
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB Query Language.
• Strong UNIX/Linux knowledge.
• Experience debugging Node.js-based backend applications and React.js front-end applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot client-side issues using browser Developer Tools (Chrome DevTools) for analyzing
Responsibilities Duties:
The Production Support Engineer (L1/L2) will be responsible for first-line incident response, triage, troubleshooting, and operational support for production and integration environments. The role involves monitoring critical BSS systems, managing incidents within SLA, coordinating with Development/DevOps teams for issue resolution, and ensuring 24x7 system availability.
