Multi Skilled Technician
Job Description
We’re looking for a well-rounded, proactive Multi-Skilled Technician to take charge of the technical upkeep across our lively pub and bar outlets. This role requires a problem-solver with hands-on expertise in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and general maintenance—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to keeping operations running without a hitch.
* Technical certification or diploma in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC fields.
* Knowledge of health and safety standards in the workplace, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
* Ability to work independently and respond quickly to requests.
* Skilled in troubleshooting diverse systems and offering creative fixes.
* Strong initiative and independence in solving complex technical challenges.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and during peak operational hours.
* Minimum 3-4 years working experience in the same capacity.
Responsibilities Duties:
* Diagnose and resolve issues swiftly across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
* Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and reactive repairs with minimal disruption.
* Maintain kitchen equipment, bar utilities, lighting fixtures, and back-of-house systems.
* Ensure venue-readiness for entertainment setups, events, and operational shifts.
* Communicate clearly with outlet managers to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Identify recurring technical issues and implement long-term fixes.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies.
* Keep maintenance logs and documentation updated.
