Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised, commercially aware and proactive PA / Team Operations Coordinator to support a fast-paced institutional FX and macro markets team based in Dubai. This is not a traditional administrative role, the environment is high performance, entrepreneurial and client-facing and the position will become a key operational glue point across senior producers, salespeople, strategists and senior level management.
We are seeking an exceptionally well organised individual, with high emotional intelligence, who can work under pressure and prioritise quickly, someone naturally proactive and solutions orientated. A strong interest in financial markets, macroeconomics or hedge funds is a major advantage and previous experience in financial services, executive support, hedge funds, private office, consulting/ high-performance environments is preferred.
 

Responsibilities Duties:

The role is ideally suited to someone who is highly organised, sharp, personable, calm under pressure and excited by financial markets, hedge funds and fast-moving environments.

Key responsibilities will include heavy diary and meeting coordination with complex travel management across Middle East, Asia, Europe and US time zones. There will be detailed client entertainment logistics, sourcing restaurants, event venues and high-level corporate hospitality functions.

The team consists of 8-9 individuals, all high energy and high performance and you will support with day-to-day operational organisation and organising client resources across the business. This will include tracking engagement, coverage and interaction across key top-tier institutional clients and assisting with coverage coordination around hedge funds, macro-PMs and institutional relationships.

Additionally, you will support with client onboarding workflows and internal follow-up processes, maintaining client lists and internal workflow organisation. You will also assist with hiring coordination, candidate scheduling and interview logistics, supporting presentations, formatting, meeting preparation and occasional research tasks. This is a role that you can make your own!
