Qualifications:
Turkish, 35 years old and below
At least 2 years of UAE experience in a supervisory role within the f&b industry
Ability to lead a diverse team and manage inspections
Immediate joiner is preferred
Responsibilities Duties:
Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring seamless service and high table turnover.
Act as the face of the restaurant, maintaining hospitality and resolving guest feedback.
Lead, train, and schedule a diverse team to ensure consistent service excellence.
Drive sales, monitor P&L, and manage costs to meet monthly targets.
