Investment Analyst
Job Description
A leading Dubai-based organization is looking to hire an experienced Investment Analyst to join its growing investment team. This opportunity is ideal for Emirati professionals with strong exposure to mergers & acquisitions (M&A), financial analysis, and investment evaluation within banking, financial services, private equity, or investment environments.
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• UAE National with valid UAE Passport and Family Book
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Financial Services, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• CFA qualified or actively pursuing/completed CFA certification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in:
- Investment analysis
- Corporate finance
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Investment banking
- Private equity or financial services
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting capabilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Willing to work full-time in Abu Dhabi
Preferred Background
Candidates coming from investment firms, sovereign wealth entities, private equity firms, corporate finance teams, advisory firms, or banking environments will be highly preferred.
Responsibilities Duties:
The selected candidate will support investment assessments, financial modelling, due diligence activities, market research, and strategic transaction execution while working closely with senior stakeholders and investment leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct financial analysis, valuation modelling, and investment research
• Support M&A transactions, due diligence, and deal execution activities
• Prepare investment memorandums, reports, presentations, and business cases
• Analyze financial statements, market trends, and industry performance
• Evaluate investment opportunities across different sectors and asset classes
• Assist in portfolio monitoring and performance reporting
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, advisors, banks, and external partners
• Support strategic initiatives, feasibility studies, and investment planning activities
