Procurement Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement Manager to work for one of our clients based in Saudi Arabia which is a Saudi procurement and supply chain solutions company.
The Procurement Manager is to lead and optimize our procurement function. This role is responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business objectives, controlling costs, mitigating supply chain risks, and driving operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven experience managing supplier relationships, procurement strategies, and contract negotiations.
Experience within construction, facilities management, engineering, infrastructure, or related sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities Duties:
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives and budget requirements.
Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from requisition and sourcing through purchase order issuance and delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality, reliability, and value.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve optimal outcomes for the business.
Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, supplier evaluations, and documentation.
Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier innovations, and industry trends.
Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to achieve departmental objectives.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Operations, Inventory Management, and Legal teams to support business requirements.
Manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and reporting activities.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure supply chain continuity and resilience.
