Job Description
We are looking for not just a performer, but a future leader for our Dubai office. A three-month probationary period is included.
• Business Acumen: Ability to analyze the market, package ideas into clear business plans, and present a business development strategy.
• Experience and Knowledge: Experience in luxury travel, concierge services, or five-star hotel management.
• Marketing Skills: Understanding of marketing tools, ability to promote luxury services, and attract a target audience.
• Language Skills: Fluent English and Russian (both required).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, leadership potential, and strong teamwork skills.
• Mobility: A valid driver's license and the ability to confidently drive in Dubai.
Responsibilities Duties:
We want to hear your expert vision: how exactly you plan to grow your business in the local market, which channels to use to attract a premium audience, and how to scale profits.
If you successfully present your business plan, meet financial KPIs, and demonstrate strong management skills, you will have a real opportunity to become the CEO of the Dubai office to implement your strategy.
• Strategic planning: Developing and writing a step-by-step business plan for the company's development in the UAE market; presenting your vision to the owners.
• Revenue growth: Finding new growth opportunities, active marketing, attracting VIP clients and partners in Dubai.
• High-level networking: Participation in closed events, premium exhibitions, and business meetings. Ability to easily make connections and integrate into the luxury community.
• Office representation and operations: Conducting office negotiations and handling operational issues with banks and government agencies in the UAE.
• Teamwork: Strong and effective teamwork, coordinating joint efforts to achieve shared financial goals.
