Qualifications:
- Experience with reservation or ticketing software (e.g., VGS, Technoheaven) is a plus; Freshers are welcome to apply
- Exposure to Sprinklr, HubSpot, or Google Workspace is an advantage
- Preferred background in hotels, travel & tours, restaurants, or attraction/ticketing parks
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, with good time management and multitasking ability. ability.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Welcome and assist guests throughout the indoor park.
- Provide information about attractions, activities, and facilities.
- Scan and validate guest tickets at entry points.
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
