Job Description

A leading Dubai-based business group with a strong presence across multiple industries and operating a diversified portfolio of more than 20 successful companies regionally.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or anyrelated field.
• Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong expertise in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment analytics and talent mapping methodologies.
• Preferred candidate is a female Arabic speaker with experience working within diversified groups operating across sectors such as construction, real estate, retail, hospitality, or other conglomerate businesses.

Responsibilities Duties:

Lead and execute group-wide talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and executive hiring initiatives across multiple business units.
Manage end-to-end recruitment including executive search, headhunting, talent mapping, employer branding, and stakeholder management.
Drive recruitment performance through ATS optimization, recruitment analytics, KPIs, and process governance.
Lead and develop high-performing recruitment teams while partnering closely with senior leadership on strategic hiring decisions.
