Operation Executive
Job Description
A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
-Open to Asian & Arabic nationalities, aged 38 and below; With Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, IT, or related field.
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in eCommerce operations, online retail, or eCommerce management.
-Hands-on experience with Shopify, ERP, OMS, marketplace platforms (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, Trendyol) and product catalog management.
-Experience in D2C eCommerce and fashion, footwear, sports, luxury, or lifestyle retail preferred.
Responsibilities Duties:
-Create and manage product listings across D2C websites and marketplaces. Coordinate with graphic designers, studio teams, store teams, and brand teams to obtain required product assets.
-Manage category structures, collections, and product merchandising on ecommerce websites. Conduct regular website audits to identify broken links, content errors, and merchandising issues.
-Monitor order flow across D2C websites and marketplace platforms. Ensure operational accuracy across Shopify, OMS, ERP, and marketplace systems.
-Prepare asset sets for website launches, campaigns, and marketplace requirements. Support customer inquiries received through email, chat, WhatsApp, and other support channels.
