Senior Accommodation Manager
Job Description
This is an in-house Facilities Management leadership role supporting major construction and infrastructure businesses.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Facilities Management, Accommodation Management, Camp Operations, or Property Operations.
Proven experience managing large-scale workforce accommodations, labor camps, staff villages, or residential communities.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor accommodation regulations and HSE requirements.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and outsourced service providers.
Strong understanding of FM operations, MEP systems, maintenance management, and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing budgets, contracts, vendors, and operational performance metrics.
Preferred Candidate
Western or Arabic national preferred.
Experience managing accommodation facilities with 5,000+ occupants is highly desirable.
Background in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or workforce accommodation environments preferred.
Responsibilities Duties:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accommodation & Facilities Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and resident services of a large-scale workforce accommodation portfolio in Dubai, housing approximately 15,000 occupants. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient accommodation facilities while delivering high standards of service, welfare, and operational excellence.
