Job Description
We are seeking candidates who are ‘career’ Executive Assistants, demonstrating significant C-Suite support experience within multinational organisations. Candidates who have worked within complex matrix structures and can manage across many different verticals. Juggling priorities will take on a new meaning in this position; it is essential that candidates are superbly organised and can work collaboratively across the business.
The CEO has a highly demanding schedule, and the successful applicant will be adept at prioritizing tasks and pivoting quickly with the minimum of fuss and disruption. The successful candidates will display high levels of critical thinking and emotional intelligence; managing pressure and deadlines with maturity and focus. The EA will be able to represent the CEO with absolute professionalism and discretion and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality.
To be considered for the role, candidates must have fluent spoken communication and written capabilities in English and have an international working focus.
This is a very busy and demanding role; however dedication and commitment will be highly rewarded.
Responsibilities Duties:
Working one on one with this traditional CEO, core EA responsibilities, including significant travel and dairy management will be a day to day component, plus reporting across the group with extensive internal stakeholder engagement with other members of the C-Suite, liaising with CFO over budgets and operational oversight and with Legal Counsel, reviewing legal documentation and contracts on behalf of the CEO, requiring exceptional diligence.
Considerable external stakeholder engagement will also be required, with members of government both local and globally, trade officials and further business leaders globally. Importantly, the role also engages with the Senior Advisor to the Board and manages all the complex Board logistics as well as offering insight on strategy.
