Job Description
The Assistant Director of Nursing supports leadership and operational oversight of inpatient behavioral health nursing services. The role focuses on maintaining quality patient care, staff development, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Active RN license.
- 5+ years of behavioral health nursing experience.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
