Project Manager
Job Description
You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle including planning, procurement, fabrication, logistics, site installation, quality control, cost management, and client coordination.
Requirements
* 8–12+ years of construction/project management experience
* Preferably Arabic Tongue
* Strong background in stone / marble / granite / façade works
* Experience in fabrication and site installation projects
* Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, and QA/QC
* GCC experience is a must
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Knowledgeable in MS office and AUTOCAD
* Arabic tongue is a must, Fluency in English is a plus
Responsibilities Duties:
* Manage project execution from contract to handover
* Coordinate shop drawings, materials, factory production & site installation
* Control project cost, budget, and cash flow
* Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met
* Lead site teams and coordinate with consultants & main contractors
* Monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery
* Handle variations, claims, and project documentation
