Senior Project Manager
Job Description
A Dubai-based real estate and property management company with over 30 years of experience, specializing in premium residential and commercial properties, offering property management, leasing, resale, and advisory services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with a minimum of 10 years of construction industry experience covering both interiors and civil works.
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise residential and commercial towers is mandatory, with strong understanding of the complete construction process.
- Must have strong knowledge of construction contracts, particularly FIDIC, along with building products, construction details, regulations, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and Aconex, with strong communication and project management skills
Responsibilities Duties:
- Manage end-to-end construction projects, including design, tendering, procurement, execution, delivery, contracts, quality, safety, authority approvals, and final handover.
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, cash flow, cost control, risk management, and overall project financials while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams, including tender evaluations, contract negotiations, site supervision, and performance monitoring.
- Lead project execution through regular site visits, progress monitoring, issue resolution, change control, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and project closure
