Job Description
A prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai, renowned for exceptional hospitality, premium dining experiences, and world-class guest service standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of Waiter/Waitress experience within a 5-star luxury hotel is mandatory, preferably with strong all-day dining or high-volume breakfast buffet exposure
- Must be highly presentable and professionally groomed, with polished appearance and the ability to consistently meet luxury hotel grooming and service standards.
- Excellent English communication and guest-engagement skills, with a confident, courteous and service-oriented personality; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of 5-star F&B service standards, including table setup, sequence of service, food and beverage presentation, menu knowledge, hygiene standards and handling special guest requests.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Deliver 5-star breakfast service, welcoming guests professionally, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an attentive and personalized guest experience.
- Manage high-volume breakfast operations, including table setup, buffet readiness, table clearing and resetting, while maintaining fast and seamless service during peak periods.
- Maintain exceptional luxury hospitality standards, ensuring tables, service stations, cutlery, glassware and the overall dining area remain immaculate and properly presented.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen, hostess team, supervisors and fellow waitstaff to manage guest requests, dietary requirements, service recovery and smooth table turnover.
