Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Operations Coordinator to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations, supporting various departments, and facilitating communication across teams to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an operations or coordination role, preferably within the UAE or similar markets.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operations management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Liaise between different departments to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of operational procedures and policies.
- Track operational performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Support the management team in organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and following up on action items.
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to initiatives that enhance operational workflows.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and record keeping to support operational functions.
