Job Description

The Associate Director HRBP will play a key role in providing strategic HR support and guidance to the organisation, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
* 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3-5 years in an HR Business Partner or HR leadership capacity.
* Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and delivering strategic HR initiatives within complex organizations.
* Strong expertise in organizational development, employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and change management.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR technologies.
Responsibilities Duties:
* Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support business growth and transformation.
* Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and operating model effectiveness across multiple business functions.
* Drive succession planning, leadership development, and talent review initiatives to strengthen future leadership pipelines.
* Champion employee engagement, culture transformation, and change management programs to enhance organizational performance.
* Leverage workforce analytics and HR insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
