Steel Fixer
Job Description
We are seeking skilled and experienced Steel Fixers to carry out reinforcement steel fixing works at our construction sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of steel reinforcement activities and be able to work accurately and safely as per structural drawings, project specifications, and site requirements.
• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant steel fixing experience.
• Steel Fixing Trade Certificate is preferred.
• Good knowledge of cutting, bending, placing, and tying reinforcement bars.
• Ability to read basic structural drawings is preferred. Knowledge of safety and quality requirements on construction sites.
• Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.

Responsibilities Duties:
• Cut, bend, and place reinforcement bars as per drawings.
• Tie and secure rebar at the required spacing and cover.
• Read and follow structural drawings and specifications.
• Check reinforcement alignment, spacing, and positioning.
• Coordinate with formwork and concreting teams.
• Follow site safety rules and quality standards.
• Maintain proper housekeeping at the work area.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the Foreman or Site Supervisor.
