Job Description
A premium Dubai restaurant offering an upscale dining experience inspired by Turkish and Mediterranean hospitality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior Waiter/Waitress, preferably in premium or fine-dining restaurants.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic or Russian language skills are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fine-dining service standards, including sequence of service, menu presentation, table service, and upselling.
- Polished, confident, and guest-focused, with strong VIP guest handling and the ability to manage sections independently.
Responsibilities Duties:
- Deliver professional, personalized table service while maintaining premium restaurant and fine-dining service standards.
- Take orders, explain menu items, recommend dishes and beverages, and maximize revenue through effective upselling.
- Manage assigned sections independently while coordinating with runners, junior waiters, kitchen, bar and restaurant management.
- Build strong relationships with guests, handle VIPs and special requests, and resolve service issues professionally to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
