CFO Office Manager
Job Description
We are hiring a highly organized and confident CFO Office Business Partner for a large organization operating in the infrastructure sector.
To be consdiered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in PMO, business operations, finance operations, corporate finance support or a similar position.
- Experience working in a large, complex or multi-department organization.
- Proven experience preparing executive-level presentations, dashboards and management reports.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good experience in project tracking, governance, risk management or audit coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
- Able to communicate confidently with senior executives and different departments.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Fluency in Tagalog is required.
- Professional, approachable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage confidential information.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and project or portfolio management tools is an advantage.
- An MBA, PMP, PMO or related certification would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Responsibilities Duties:
This is not a traditional Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant position. Executive support to the CFO will account for approximately 30% of the role. The main responsibility is to work closely with the CFO’s teams across Corporate Finance, Project Finance, HR, IT and Procurement, while supporting business coordination, reporting and PMO activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CFO and the wider CFO Office in delivering important business priorities.
- Coordinate activities across Corporate Finance, Project Finance, HR, IT and Procurement.
- Work with other departments, including Business Development, Technical, Legal and the CEO’s Office.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, dashboards and management reports for senior executives and committees.
- Gather, check and organize project information, financial data and supporting documents.
- Maintain project databases, trackers and data-room folders.
- Track deadlines, milestones, dependencies, decisions and outstanding actions.
- Follow up with teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Maintain RAID logs covering project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
- Highlight delays, risks and issues that require management attention.
- Support audit, compliance and legal documentation requirements.
- Help strengthen PMO processes, reporting standards and governance across the CFO’s portfolio.
- Provide professional executive support to the CFO when required.
