The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading complex enterprise-level analysis, strategic optimization projects, and multi-departmental business change initiatives. The role ensures that advanced data modeling and strategy frameworks support executive decision-making.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or Computer Science.

5–7 years of professional experience in senior business analysis or management consulting.
Preferred Skills

Professional certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA.

Advanced capability in statistical analysis, data modeling, and strategic change management.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute enterprise-wide requirement gathering, gap analysis, and strategic forecasting.

Prepare high-level business cases, ROI assessments, and executive-level analytical summaries.
