Job Description
The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for tracking inventory distribution, managing freight forwarding, and coordinating warehouse workflows. The role ensures seamless inventory movement from suppliers to end-users with minimal delays.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or International Trade.

3–5 years of hands-on experience managing supply chain and freight logistics in the UAE.
Preferred Skills

Deep understanding of customs clearance processes, shipping documentation, and ERP logistics software.

3+ years tracking supply chain operations, shipping manifests, and warehouse inventory levels.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute shipment tracking, customs clearance, and inventory movement logs.

Prepare stock replenishment plans, freight cost analyses, and warehouse space utilization reports.

Review inventory logs to eliminate stockouts, transit delays, or storage bottlenecks.

Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, warehouse leads, and transport agencies.

Monitor transit schedules and manage unexpected delivery disruptions proactively.

Maintain complete compliance with international shipping regulations and import/export laws.
