Job Description
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing high-net-worth individual (HNWI) or corporate banking portfolios, delivering financial solutions, and growing assets under management (AUM). The role drives client retention and financial portfolio growth.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or Business; professional financial certifications (CISI, CFA) preferred.

4–6 years of relationship management experience within banking or financial services in the UAE.
Preferred Skills

Portfolio management expertise, financial product analysis, and executive communication.
Experience Required

4+ years managing client investment/banking portfolios and hitting AUM or sales targets.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute regular portfolio evaluations, strategic wealth discussions, and advisory consultations.

Prepare custom financial proposals, investment reviews, and credit facility requests.

Review client financial profiles to cross-sell investment, wealth, or corporate banking products.

Coordinate with wealth management analysts, credit assessment officers, and risk leads.

Monitor client account activity to maintain compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
