This is a unique opportunity for a UAE National finance professional to help shape a finance function from the ground up. Operating as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, you will support decision-making, design processes, implement technology solutions and contribute to the organisation's long-term growth strategy.
Requirements
* UAE National with experience in finance, FP&A, business partnering or commercial finance.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and provide commercial insight.
* Experience improving processes, implementing change or supporting transformation initiatives.
* Interest in technology, automation and modern finance operating models.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
Responsibilities Duties:
* Develop financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting frameworks.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and decision support.
* Design and implement scalable finance processes, controls and governance structures.
* Support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP and workflow implementation.
* Manage relationships with outsourced service providers and external partners.
* Drive process improvement, automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
* Support strategic projects, business cases and long-term financial planning activities.
