Job Description
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing corporate financial health, driving strategic capital planning, and ensuring effective internal controls. The role leads the finance function to optimize working capital and maintain compliance with financial regulations.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting alongside active ACCA, CPA, or CIMA credentials.

7–10 years of professional finance experience, with 3+ years in a management role.

Proven team leadership, corporate treasury control, and strategic financial management talents.

High communication ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance leaders.
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute long-term strategic financial plans, treasury controls, and annual budget structures.

Prepare comprehensive board reports, investor updates, and multi-year financial projections.

Review corporate risk profiles, capital allocation options, and tax optimization strategies.

Coordinate with general managers, bank representatives, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Monitor internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets and eliminate operational waste.

Maintain absolute compliance with statutory, corporate governance, and UAE financial laws.
