Job Description
Our agricultural farm is seeking hardworking Seasonal Fruit & Vegetable Pickers to join our harvest team. You will perform manual harvesting tasks out in the fields and greenhouses.
Requirements & Qualifications:

No formal education required.

Excellent physical stamina to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.

High level of manual dexterity and willingness to perform repetitive tasks.

Capability to carry loaded fruit crates (up to 15–20 kg).
Responsibilities Duties:
Key Responsibilities:

Harvest agricultural produce (berries, tomatoes, apples, etc.) manually by hand or using basic tools.

Sort harvested items by quality, size, and condition while discarding damaged produce.

Load produce into crates or collection containers and transfer them to storage units.

Follow food safety guidelines and protect crops during the harvesting process.
